Start with a two week trial for $40, which covers two classes and gives your child a real taste of what our lessons are like. Our group lessons are designed for kids: fun, supportive, and confidence-building from day one.

Classes start Tuesday 6 October. Your two week trial is $40 for both classes, with no obligation to continue. After that, pricing is in line with our other locations: L1 — Lil Kids (5–7) — $33/class, L2 — Big Kids (8–11) — $42/class, L3 — Teens (12+) — $42/class. All classes billed monthly.

Alleviates Stress

When our Mad Hatter Kids play in an ensemble it adds an element of cohesive learning to their confidence as budding musicians. Seeing their peers develop and grow alongside them removes any added pressure they may have as an individual performer and puts them at ease by being in the best type of company.

Safety in Numbers

As a child, finding out where you fit in can be a challenge. Like any worthwhile challenge, the feeling of accomplishment that comes by finding that place is so rewarding. Within our group piano lessons, our students see that they are not alone in building their musical aspirations and allows them to let down their guard and open up to their full potential.

Top Performers

It’s widely known in the music community that your level of playing increases when performing with other great bandmates. It heightens your comfort with taking risks, improvising, and welcoming new ideas from the group. If you want to fly you first have to take a leap, and our little Mad Hatter songbirds are always soaring together.

My daughter loves coming to play piano every week, and she really enjoys learning piano here :) I can see my daughter’s improvement after every lesson. Highly recommend to everyone who would like to start a music journey!!!

A MUSIC SCHOOL DESIGNED WITH #KIDS IN MIND.

Growth lies outside of our comfort zone, but why not make it comfortable for our students to take the first few steps. We encourage and support new ideas, collaboration, and positive reinforcement no matter what stage of learning our Mad Hatter kids are at.

Our approach with setting our students up for success starts with seeing what kind of beautiful music they can create from a 5x2 foot box of ivory and strings, but our thinking is always born outside of it.

GIVE US THE DEETS.

Let’s say you’ve done all the groundwork:

  • You’ve checked our timetable

  • You’ve stalked our socials

  • You’ve read the teacher bio and found yourself satisfied with her nomadic, untraditional approach to lessons

  • Oh, and of course… you asked your kid

and now you found yourself here. At the nitty-gritty end of the site. I’d say you’re ready to rock and roll!

But kudos to you for asking!

Previously, my son was with a traditional piano teacher. I have to force him to go to piano lessons. After speaking with an educator at Mad Hatter Music, make me realise the importance for a child to have a sense of creativity and enjoy music.

When my son joined Mad Hatter Music after few weeks, I do not have to force him anymore. He enjoys playing the piano and looking forward to each lesson. He enjoys the group lesson where he can learn from others and be encouraged… I love how Mad Hatter has open communication and is flexible to chat with the parents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
