Broadening Horizons

Although there are many benefits to individual piano lessons, the one missing is the variety of music students get to hear. In our group lessons, each student gets the opportunity to hear multiple pieces of music from their fellow classmates which allows them to be introduced to many different genres, techniques, and playing styles much faster while learning together.

Creativity Exposed

When it comes to our senses we enjoy a wide array of different colours, tastes, and feelings. This also translates well into exposing children to many different songs and musical performances. Studies have shown that this variety creates more unique pathways in the brain that lead to a more creative, imaginative, and artistic outlook as they grow and develop throughout their childhood. At Mad Hatter, we believe in providing a blank canvas for our students to draw an extraordinary sonic portrait of their own.

Full Hearts and Open Minds

When sharing ideas in a group setting our students display an openness and need to learn more when it comes to technical playing, as well as taking the lead and composing their own music. By keeping an open mind they feel at ease bouncing new ideas off each other. In musical collaboration, it’s all about a collective give and take, and at Mad Hatter the feeling that comes when their thoughts and suggestions are not only accepted but put into practice is heartwarming, to say the least.

My daughter loves coming to play piano every week, and she really enjoys learning piano here :) I can see my daughter’s improvement after every lesson. Highly recommend to everyone who would like to start a music journey!!!

A MUSIC SCHOOL DESIGNED WITH #KIDS IN MIND.

At Mad Hatter Music School our main philosophy is to instill and maintain that child-like wonder for as long as possible throughout our student’s musical learning journey.

Our true reward is when they realize that their potential is endless. We may set the stage for them, but they are the true conductors for how far they take their passion, learnings, and talent.

Although our title may have the word school in it, it’s our students at Mad Hatter that make it feel more like a family.

Previously, my son was with a traditional piano teacher. I have to force him to go to piano lessons. After speaking with an educator at Mad Hatter Music, make me realise the importance for a child to have a sense of creativity and enjoy music.

When my son joined Mad Hatter Music after few weeks, I do not have to force him anymore. He enjoys playing the piano and looking forward to each lesson. He enjoys the group lesson where he can learn from others and be encouraged… I love how Mad Hatter has open communication and is flexible to chat with the parents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
